Users' Activity Report

The Users' Activity Report is a summary report of all the actions taken by the users in the system, optionally filtered by various criteria.

Selecting the menu item above opens the window of the same name.

The window contains both the tabular list and the filtering controls.

Filtering may be performed based on the following criteria:

• Contact Business Cards
• Reminders and contact history records
• Standard processing chains
• Bookmarks

To complete the filtering criteria, select the following options

• User
• Dates

Once you have set the filtering criteria, click on the Show button. The result can be exported into an Excel spreadsheet.
